Dre Alexandra Champagne
M.D. M.Sc
Dr. Champagne Champagne completed her medical studies at the Université de Montréal, where she also obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in Neuroscience. As medical director of our clinic, she distinguishes herself by her attentive listening, empathy and holistic approach, valuing the integrity and well-being of each patient.
A general practitioner specializing in minor emergencies, Dr. Champagne's practice focuses on muscular disorders. Champagne's practice focuses on musculoskeletal disorders and ultrasound infiltrations, including cortisone, viscosupplementation and soon PRP. During her post-doctorate in family medicine, she received extensive training in these areas, and continues to perfect her skills through ongoing training in musculoskeletal disorders and ultrasound infiltrations, ensuring high-quality care for her patients.

Dr. Juan Gomez-Izquierdo
M.D.
Dr. Gomez is a general practitioner with diverse skills in a variety of medical fields, including acute care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine and minor surgery. He completed his studies at McGill University, followed by a specialization in hospital medicine and acute care as part of the Advanced Skills Program.
Outside his medical practice, Dr. Gomez is passionate about music, nature and field hockey.
As a physician, his priority is to provide the best possible care to all his patients. He'll be delighted to see you at the minor emergencies clinic.
Dre. Lydie Amsellem
M.D.
With over 20 years' experience, Dr. Amsellem has always had a special interest in ADHD and mental health issues related to depression and anxiety. Amsellem has always had a particular interest in ADHD issues, as well as mental health problems related to depression and anxiety. Beyond her family practice, she has added to her expertise the accompaniment of her clientele in their various hormonal problems, for both women and men, as well as weight management, with or without medication, among others.
She is renowned for the listening skills and empathy that characterize her practice. She enjoys spending quality time with her patients, developing an integrated health partnership with them to put the patient back at the center of the care process.
Dre. Taniela Avedian
M.D.
A graduate in microbiology and immunology from McGill University, Dr. Avedian continued her studies, which convinced her to begin her medical studies. She completed her residency in family medicine at the Jewish General Hospital, followed by a specialization in emergency medicine in Paris, France.
An attentive listener with a high level of competence, Dr. Avedian offers a personalized, proactive approach to family medicine. She distinguishes herself by her ability to build trusting relationships with her patients, offering them high-quality care and informed advice to improve their health and well-being.

Nurse Practitioner Specialized in Family Care (NP-C/IPSPL)
Our primary care team is strengthened by the experience and expertise of Dominique Homza, Nurse Practitioner specializing in family care. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing, she has a solid academic background and valuable experience in intensive care.
Dominique is committed to providing personalized, quality health care, building trusting relationships with each patient and working collaboratively to achieve their health goals. She joined our team in May 2023, and we're delighted to have her on board.
* In Quebec, a nurse practitioner may practice as an independent healthcare professional, capable of assessing, diagnosing, performing minor interventions, prescribing medications and treatments, ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests/exams, providing preventive care, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and referring patients to specialists.
