Dr. Alexandra Champagne

A graduate in medicine from the Université de Montréal, where she also completed a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in neuroscience, Dr. Champagne combines scientific rigour, attentive listening and a human approach. A general practitioner and the clinic’s medical director, she has developed a practice focused on musculoskeletal disorders, ultrasound-guided injections and regenerative medicine. She offers treatments such as PRP, viscosupplementation and various targeted interventional procedures. Always striving for excellence, she regularly pursues advanced training in ultrasound, guided injections and musculoskeletal and aesthetic PRP, in order to deliver modern, precise and personalized care. Her mission : to help every patient regain their function, their confidence and their quality of life.

Dr. Juan Gomez-Izquierdo

M.D., Ph. D.

Dr. Gomez is a general practitioner with wide-ranging expertise across several medical fields, including acute care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine and minor surgery. He completed his studies at McGill University, followed by a specialization in hospital medicine and acute care through the Enhanced Skills program. Outside his medical practice, Dr. Gomez is passionate about music, nature and hockey. As a physician, his priority is to provide the best possible care to all his patients. He will be delighted to see you at the minor emergency clinic.

Dr. Helena Beugré

M.D.

Dr. Beugré completed her medical studies at the Université de Sherbrooke, followed by her residency in family medicine at the Université de Montréal. Her practice includes the management and medical follow-up of various chronic conditions, both physical and psychological. She also offers assessment, treatment and follow-up of ADHD in adults, as well as the management of concerns such as anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. She also provides minor emergency consultations for acute health problems. She favours a personalized and human approach, taking the time to listen to her patients and to support them at every step of their care journey.

Dr. Lydie Amsellem

With more than 25 years of experience as a general practitioner, Dr. Amsellem has developed a particular interest in mental health, ADHD and hormone therapy, while continuing to see walk-in patients and those with chronic conditions. She places the highest importance on offering attentive, empathetic listening tailored to each patient’s needs.

Oumeet Ravi

Primary care nurse practitioner · BSc., BSc.N., MSc.

Oumeet Ravi, a primary care nurse practitioner, has extensive experience in emergency care, cardiology, pediatrics, women’s health (IUDs, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, contraceptives, etc.) and AI in health care. Drawing on solid experience in humanitarian work in Africa and in developing health care for underserved communities in Quebec, Oumeet is dedicated to providing exceptional preventive care and to managing urgent health cases with a focus on healing and recovery. A graduate of McGill University, she is committed to ensuring that every patient receives personalized care, delivered with compassion and tailored to their needs.

* In Quebec, a nurse practitioner may practise as an independent health professional, able to assess, diagnose, perform minor procedures, prescribe medications and treatments, order/interpret diagnostic tests and examinations, provide preventive care, manage acute and chronic illnesses, and refer patients to specialists.

Tamiko holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Practice from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Master of Public Health (Global Health) from the Université de Montréal.
